Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced statistical programming professional to lead development and validation of analysis databases and integrated programming solutions. You will coordinate cross-study database integration, deliver advanced technical solutions, and mentor junior staff within a global team.

The role emphasizes CDISC ADaM standards, SAS programming, and strong communication with clients to meet internal and external needs.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Knowledge of statistics, programming and/or clinical drug development process.
Advanced knowledge of computing applications such as Base SAS, SAS Graph and SAS Macro Language.
Good organizational, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate programming for complex studies, including development of statistical programs and documentation.
Program and plan integration of databases from multiple studies or sources.
Develop and coordinate programming documentation for complex studies.
Provide advanced technical expertise to clients and internal teams on complex projects.
Develop, implement and validate new process technologies, macros and applications.
Fulfill project responsibilities at team lead level for single complex studies or groups of studies.
Estimate work, manage budgets/resources, and provide revenue forecasts for studies.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff.
