The Ad Operations team is core to ensuring efficient, secure, and sustainable distribution of consumer advertising. In this role, you will design, optimize, and support operational solutions that are both locally relevant and globally impactful.

We're looking for a savvy, detail-oriented Sr. Ad Operations Specialist to develop and scale campaign execution, and to partner with Account Management, Indirect Demand, and Engineering teams for product rollout, campaign optimization, and policy enforcement.

Curiosity, ad tech knowledge, and meticulousness are key to success. Our ideal candidate is an expert in the ad ecosystem, passionate about innovative creative formats, delivery best practices, quality assurance, stakeholder insights, and continuous optimization.

In this role, you will:
  1. Assist with Quality and Efficiency Measurement Solutions: compile monthly metrics and collaborate on building/analyzing dashboards for improvement.
  2. Maintain updated training documentation throughout the material lifecycle.
  3. Manage day-to-day campaign issues with outsourced vendors and serve as the first technical escalation point.
  4. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
  5. Handle initial escalations related to ad policy violations, campaign noise, creative experience issues, etc.
  6. Collaborate on trafficking, setup, updates, and workflow documentation with Ad Operations Managers.
  7. Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams on testing and product enhancements.
  8. Act as an internal point of contact for campaign setup issues, policy violations, troubleshooting, and alerts.
The ideal candidate has:
  1. 4+ years of experience in Ad Tech and/or Ad Operations supporting various teams.
  2. Strong skills in campaign trafficking, quality control, monitoring, troubleshooting, billing, and reconciliation.
  3. Experience with advertising systems and tools such as CRM, OMS, Ad Servers, reporting tools.
  4. Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including policy, product, and engineering.
  5. Experience managing BPO vendors for campaign setup, QC, and reporting.
  6. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt as needed.
  7. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  8. Experience supporting multiple regions and time zones.
  9. Additional language skills (French, Italian, Spanish, German) are a plus.
