Smadex, a leading ad tech company, is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Manager for a hybrid role based in London, Barcelona, or Berlin. You will partner with the EMEA AdOps Associate Director to drive operational excellence, manage risk, troubleshoot issues, and protect budgets using data-driven decision making.

You will mentor campaign managers and analysts, tackle complex issues, and communicate operational challenges clearly to stakeholders while representing Ad Operations across departments on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ad tech/ad operations with campaign strategy ownership
• Experience scaling teams
• Hands-on programmatic DSP experience
• Strong Excel and statistical skills
• Excellent English communication
• Mentoring experience
• Familiarity with EMEA markets
• Legal right to work in the UK/EU without visa sponsorship
