Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide visible senior nursing leadership and clinical coordination for the acute medical take.
• Maintain real-time nursing overview from referral through assessment, admission and transfer.
• Escalate concerns in line with NEWS2 and trust escalation policies.
• Collaborate with Patient Flow, ED, UMAC, AMU, AFU and multidisciplinary teams to support safe patient flow and meet national standards.
