Gallagher Re in London seeks a dynamic actuarial professional to join the UK & Ireland Actuarial team. You will work across pricing, reserving, and analytics to support reinsurance strategies for clients in the UK and Ireland.

You'll collaborate with brokers, actuaries, and client teams to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. The role offers a collaborative, growth-focused environment with global reach and local impact.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience, preferably with some reinsurance knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills applying actuarial concepts in a dynamic environment.
• Sound oral and written communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Play a key part in strategic reviews of reinsurance strategies for clients both proportional and non-proportional.
• Develop renewals portfolio and deepen relationships with clients, brokers and reinsurers.
• Lead on pricing across casualty and property lines for UK & Ireland.
• Oversee projects involving reserving and capital elements as needed.
• Drive analytical broking discussions to secure optimal terms.
