Job summary

Edenbrook is seeking an experienced Reserving Manager to join our team. The role reports to the Head of Reserving and provides expert actuarial advice across quarterly reserving, business planning and portfolio analysis.

You will work closely with underwriting, claims and finance, acting as a trusted advisor to support key business decisions and drive improvements in models, processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Actuary with strong reserving experience in General Insurance.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead actuarial teams.
• Experience in London Market or General Insurance reserving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality reserving advice, business planning and portfolio analyses.
• Forecast technical provisions, reserve margins and uncertainty.
• Lead, coach and develop actuarial team members.
• Maintain governance and regulatory compliance across models and processes.
• Drive improvements across systems and ways of working.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to provide clear, commercially-focused insights.
