We're partnering with a leading global reinsurer to hire a Senior Manager (AVP-level) for their high-profile Insurance Pricing team. This is a pivotal role managing pricing strategy for international markets (primarily Netherlands and UK), leading tender activity, and overseeing a team of quote managers. You'll enjoy significant visibility with C-suite stakeholders while shaping the future of pricing sophistication in a dynamic, globally connected business.

Your Role

1. Own end-to-end pricing for flow treaties and bespoke deals, ensuring robust risk-adjusted returns.

3. Partner with Client Solutions to design winning reinsurance structures, enhancing client relationships.
4. Spearhead R&D projects (e.g., new rating factors, process automation) alongside Deal Pricing teams.

Requirements

1. Qualified actuary (FIA/FSA or equivalent) with 5+ years' PQE in life (re)insurance pricing.
2. Strong technical skills (statistical pricing, capital modelling) and commercial acumen.
3. Experience with PRT, longevity, or bulk annuities is ideal.
4. Leadership DNA - you'll mentor talent and foster a risk-aware culture.
