This role is within Aon’s Strategy and Technology Group (STG).

Day to day activities will include:

  • Leading the development work on new initiatives, including project planning/governance and perform coding tasks as required
  • Staying up to date on all development work and new software features
  • Client delivery and prospecting support:
  • Liaising with clients to gather business requirements on bespoke model builds and perform development tasks as the technical leader
  • Assisting in on-boarding new clients and implementation projects, working with the US P&C Actuarial Consulting team and the Platform Delivery team.
  • Delivering demos of Tyche and TCM to prospects and existing clients
  • Supporting prospecting of new opportunities through trials

  • Supporting and training users of our systems
  • Communicating (written and verbal) with internal key stakeholders and clients
