Job description

Working within the Delegated Authority (DA) Pricing team on their various MGA and DA products

  • Location: London/ Hybrid working
  • Type: Permanent

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Pricing analysis – working with a variety of datasets to produce high-quality pricing analyses in support of their partners, helping to improve the quality of their pricing
  • Portfolio monitoring – developing and maintaining their data and portfolio monitoring dashboards which are used & trusted by a variety of stakeholders, and utilising these to forecast & communicate emerging performance and key portfolio trends
  • New deals – working collaboratively with other functions to diligently assess the performance of potential new DA portfolios, and assisting with a robust onboarding process when deals are agreed
  • Process improvement – developing and maintaining systems & processes through innovation, incorporating efficiencies and improvements as standard
  • Working towards or recently achieved Actuarial qualifications is preferred
  • Experience in General Insurance Actuarial roles, preferably with exposure to delegated authority business
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with strong technical ability & financial awareness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled at working with a range of tools, such as MS Office, SQL, R, Power BI
