Job summary

TNEI Services Ltd is looking for a full-time Senior or Principal Consultant – Acoustics to join their Environmental & Engineering team. The role will focus on supporting Transmission and Distribution projects. Key responsibilities include data analysis, noise assessment reporting, and client engagement, requiring a relevant degree and membership in the Institute of Acoustics. Locations include Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle upon Tyne, and Dublin, with an emphasis on work-life balance and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of working on Transmission and Distribution projects.
• Prior experience of undertaking noise impact assessments for electricity projects.
• Full or Associate membership of the Institute of Acoustics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and noise propagation modelling.
• Produce technical noise assessment reports.
• Manage projects and track budgets.
