Senior Accounts Manager- Medical Law Services

Location- We work across England, with offices currently in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Southport. We believe we offer our colleagues the best hybrid and flexible working practices, balancing working from home with time collaborating and socialising with colleagues in our modern offices.

Medical Law Services has a fantastic opportunity for an Senior Accounts Manager to join our growing team.

This role is integral to MLS's ongoing client success and service excellence. You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships, and ensuring a high level of service delivery across all touchpoints. As a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams, you'll help shape the client experience and contribute to our reputation as the most reliable partner in the medico-legal sector.

Main Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional account support and communication
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent, professional service
  • Attend meetings, events, and feedback sessions to understand and respond to client needs

Service Delivery & Insight

  • Work with internal teams to ensure service standards and delivery align with client expectations
  • Collaborate to resolve client concerns and implement service improvements
  • Provide insights and feedback to support ongoing client retention and growth

Operational Coordination

  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting on client activity and service delivery performance
  • Help maintain accurate records of client interactions, account statuses, and feedback
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in account management processes and documentation

Compliance & Innovation

  • Stay informed on industry trends, client requirements, and regulatory updates
  • Support the implementation of digital and AI-driven solutions that add value to client services
  • Maintain high standards of professional conduct and compliance

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or stakeholder-facing roles
  • Background in medico-legal, legal, or professional services
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
  • Commercial awareness and a client-first mindset

    Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in a legal or healthcare setting
  • Experience with digital transformation and CRM or AI tools for client management
