Job summary

ACCA Careers in Farnham is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the accounts team, ensuring accurate statutory financial statements for SME clients and charities under FRS 102. The role combines hands-on accounting with staff development and client liaison.

You will work in a hybrid setup, review accounts and tax work, lead junior staff, and act as senior point of contact for clients, managing workflow and deadlines. A professional qualification such as ACCA/ACA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or ACA.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Proven experience in managing accounting teams within the Professional Services industry.
• Experience overseeing statutory financial statements under FRS 102 and management accounts.
• Audit experience and dealing with charities.
