Job summary

Insite Finance in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to provide senior capacity across a growing client portfolio and to work closely with an experienced Accounts and Audit Director. This role focuses on accounts and business services for SME owner‑managed businesses.

You will manage client portfolios, review statutory accounts, and help develop junior staff while building strong client relationships in a profitable, stable firm focused on growth.

You’ll need strong experience gained within accountancy, ideally managing or reviewing portfolios of SME and owner-managed business clients.

The firm puts considerable emphasis on personal relationships. Clients around Cardiff expect to know their advisers, so someone who enjoys getting out from behind the accounts file will fit far better than somebody looking for a purely technical review role.
