We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. Working with the Finance Director and Accounts Manager, your duties will include:
Bank and cash reconciliations
Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
Liaising with clients via email, telephone, and face-to-face
Setting up new client files on SharePoint, using DocuSign and our project management tool, Workflow Max
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Personal Attributes:
Good organisational, IT, and number skills
Pay high attention to detail
Hands-on experience of Microsoft Office software
Previous experience within an accounts environment would be beneficial
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines under supervision
Excellent attendance and timekeeping essential
Professional and positive attitude
Knowledge and Expertise:
AAT Level 2 +
Grade C GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualification)
2 years + experience in a project management or equivalent administrative role
