A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join a UK known manufacturer in the Bristol Area!

With no day ever being the same the Senior Accounts Assistant role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Complete monthly payroll processing and reports.
  • Oversee and assist with all daily/weekly processing of invoices and statements,
  • Assist Finance Manager with budget process provision of other adhoc financial data analysis
  • Preparing and analysing Company P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Generate and process multi-currency weekly payment run, ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
  • Review of system stock records
  • Review of weekly system multi-currency bank reconciliation
  • Working with Customer Services to resolving customer queries.
  • Ensuring everything is followed to the correct health and safety standards

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified Accounting Technician or studying / intending to study for CIMA
  • Previous experience in a Finance Department
  • Strong experience with ERP systems
  • Experience working within a manufacturing industry / company
  • Strong customer service experience
