Duties:-
Cash flow management
Payments – create list of payments needed, set up/check and approve
Payroll
NEST pension management
BUPA health insurance management
HR – offer letters
Management Accounts
Subcontractor return (CIS)
VAT Returns
Confirmation statements
P11Ds (July)
Invoicing
Credit Control
Debtor forecast - concentration
EBonded – credit limits
IT – order tech, request set up of new MS365 accounts
Holidays – check being approved by managers
Approve expenses – check and export
Daily yard sales analysis against budget
Setting up new users/customers/suppliers on Sage
Setting up new users on Myscapes
On site parking available
