Northern Recruitment Group is assisting the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority (NEMSA) to recruit a Senior Accountant for the Finance & Investment Directorate in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role reports to the Lead Accountant and provides financial accounting and statutory reporting support across the organisation.

Key duties include year-end close, statutory returns, balance sheet reconciliations, treasury support, and audit evidence.
