Senior Accountant - Insolvency & Restructuring

One of the global leaders in the Insolvency & Restructuring space is looking to further grow their office by adding a Senior Accountant to their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the governance of insolvency and restructuring activities of the organization while based in the Cayman office.
The firm itself works on some of the leading cases in the offshore industry and has recently enjoyed some impressive client wins. They continue to go from strength to strength each year and have an excellent reputation locally.

Responsibilities:

1. Executing restructuring, liquidation, and other insolvency procedures;
2. Providing support to team members when necessary;
3. Providing recommendations based upon financial data analysis and carrying out research on companies and transactions;
4. Compiling and analyzing books/records while overseeing all file and system management;
5. Establishing and maintaining relationships with service providers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in insolvency and restructuring;
2. A professional qualified accountant;
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills;
4. Detail-oriented accompanied with strong analyzing skills;
5. Motivated self-starter with a desire to progress your career quickly in the industry.
