DJH in Derby is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Accounts team. You’ll work with managers and directors to provide practical, service-led advice to clients, focusing on year-end statements, tax calculations and robust accounting processes.

You should be ACA/ACCA qualified with practice experience, enjoy a collaborative environment, and lead the accounts trainees. Hybrid working and a strong benefits package are on offer.

• ACA/ACCA qualified with practice experience.
• Experience with owner-managed businesses.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CCH.

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients, offering tailored advice on streamlining accounting processes.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Prepare year-end financial statements.
• Calculate corporation tax and personal tax liabilities and offer tax planning ideas.
• Work with managers and other departments to support service delivery.
• Wow clients daily and deliver great experience.
• Lead, coach and develop trainees.
