Job Description

Joining as a Qualified Senior Accountant based in Wells, you will take on increasing responsibilities for managing the full provision of varied accounts, tax, and wider general practice services to a diverse client base. Clients include limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, sole traders, and partnerships, with turnovers up to the audit threshold. You will handle year-end accounts preparation, tax, and other practice services, both hands-on and review roles, while developing value-added relationships with clients. You will work closely with managers and directors on planning and advisory work. Additionally, you will assist in managing a team, reviewing work, and supporting junior staff development. There is scope for career progression within this growing office.

The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with experience in UK-based accountancy practices.
