Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate accounting experience with complex financial scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, audit procedures, and tax compliance.
• Ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with human data projects, including data labeling, RLHF, or AI model evaluation, is valued.

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate financial reports for accuracy and standards alignment.
• Evaluate audit procedures and identify gaps, risks, and regulatory concerns.
• Build and assess financial models, validating logic and assumptions.
• Analyze tax compliance and supporting documentation for issues.
• Provide detailed feedback on financial and legal documents.
• Deliver clear written and verbal findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support creation and evaluation of datasets for AI training.
• Apply data labeling or RLHF experience to assess AI outputs.
• Work independently across projects with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
