A growing practice is looking to recruit a Senior Accountant to join their team in Leeds. Having enjoyed a successful 2024, they are now looking to expand further in 2025.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a diverse client base and work within a supportive environment. They will play a key role in managing client engagements, supporting junior team members, and contributing to a high-performing team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the senior management team in various accounting functions
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients with diverse needs
  • Prepare statutory and management accounts
  • Handle corporate and personal tax matters
  • Review accounts prepared by team members
  • Provide training and advice on accounting software
  • Assist with staff development and training initiatives
Skills and Qualities
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a practice environment
  • ACCA/ACA qualified, QBE, or part-qualified
