We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, along with proficiency in various accounting software.

Job Overview

This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support corporate finance activities.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Oversee bookkeeping functions and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) and other tools for efficient financial management.
  • Provide payroll processing support and ensure accurate employee compensation records.
  • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic business decisions.
  • Interaction with clients and vendors in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of audit/accounting experience required
  • CPA preferred
  • Chinese (Mandarin) speaking preferred
  • Experience in retail or wholesale industry preferred
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience with auditing processes and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate account analysis and budgeting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
