Job summary

Autograph Recruitment is assisting a well-established accountancy practice in Worcester to appoint a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. You will manage a varied portfolio, prepare and review statutory accounts, and provide personal and business tax support while building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service.

The role requires ACA or ACCA qualification (or part-qualified) with solid experience in an accountancy practice and a proactive approach to progressing

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact and building strong working relationships.

• Providing commercial advice and identifying opportunities to support clients' wider business objectives.
• Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing guidance and support.
• Delegating work where appropriate and helping to develop more junior members of the team.
• Managing your own portfolio and ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Working closely with partners and colleagues to deliver a high-quality service to clients.
