Senior Accountant

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a highly professional firm of Accountants where there will be plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to manage own portfolio of client accounts.

Some of your duties will include:

1. Managing accounts on behalf of a wide range of small – medium sized clients in the local area.
2. Co-ordinating bookkeeping, payroll and VAT production services on behalf of clients.
3. Ensuring that client accounts are maintained correctly and within statutory guidelines, advising clients if needed.
4. Preparing end-of-year accounts and submitting statutory returns to Companies House.
5. Assisting with conducting annual audits for Limited Companies and forwarding to the Partner for review.
6. Advising clients on tax issues and completing personal and corporation tax computations.
