We're a boutique accountancy practice and business management firm supporting some of the most exciting names in music, media, sports, and entertainment. We provide tailored accounting, tax, and advisory services to high-profile and emerging talent — and we’re growing.

We’re currently looking for a Finance Business Manager / Senior Accountant/ Accounting Manager to join our team and take the lead on a diverse portfolio of clients in this dynamic space

About the role:

• Manage a portfolio of creative-industry clients, building lasting relationships
• Prepare and review statutory accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations
• Deliver insightful monthly management accounts
• Provide hands-on financial advice on personal and business matters
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Ensure full compliance with UK accounting and tax standards
• Liaise with clients on everything from mortgage planning to financial well-being

What we need:

• Experience in practice, with strong skills in bookkeeping, VAT, and tax
• A good understanding of personal and corporate tax
• Comfortable advising clients across a wide range of financial matters
• Excellent communicator, confident in client-facing roles
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff
