A few examples of your responsibilities

• Account analyses, reconciliations, and monthly closures. Conduct detailed account analyses and reconciliations. Oversee and execute month-end close activities, acting as the accounting subject matter expert.
• Consolidation of financial statements. Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IAS/IFRS standards.
• Compliance. Ensure strict adherence to deadlines, tax regulations, and accounting standards, including IAS/IFRS, US GAAP, and OIC, across all financial operations.
• Process optimization. Design, implement, and standardize accounting processes across all group entities.
• ERP and system enhancements. Support the testing, implementation, and optimization of ERP systems and internal accounting software updates.
• Audit coordination. Oversee and coordinate financial audits, managing communication and deliverables with auditors.

If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £66,779 and £155,001 in the UK, and €63,965 and €143,330 elsewhere. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.
