About the role:

We are a small, friendly, and ambitious local authority. Adult Social Care is a priority for us and has received significant investment.

Our department manages the Home Care and Direct Payments budgets of GBP 31.5m in Adults Social Care, overseeing budget setting, monitoring, and account closure. You will advise on financial governance, support service managers, and provide professional financial analysis to support strategic planning and financial strategies.

This role involves financial modelling for service retendering and supporting reforms within ASC. We offer hybrid working with mobile IT equipment, professional supervision, and career development opportunities.
