We are recruiting a Senior Accountant for the Social Care Finance Department. The role involves overseeing and managing the Home Care and Direct Payments budgets of £31.5m, including budget setting, monitoring, and account closure. You will escalate significant issues to senior management and provide recommendations.
You will advise services on financial governance and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will also support strategic financial planning and modeling, especially related to service retendering and reforms within Adult Social Care.
Our hybrid working model provides mobile IT equipment and hot desk facilities. Professional supervision and practice support are included.
