Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager – Creative Brand & Events Agency

Hybrid (London office 4 days/week) | Full-Time (Immediate Start) | £42,000–£48,000

About the Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines process excellence with creative execution. You will work on a variety of brand experiences, including exhibitions, outdoor festivals, product launches, and industry awards.

You will:

  • Lead major projects, including festival activations, with support from the Project Director
  • Manage budgets and oversee details meticulously
  • Coordinate logistics, stock movements, supplier management, and production schedules
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver memorable brand experiences
  • Be onsite at events, from festivals in Manchester to fashion collaborations at Design Week
  • Manage high-profile, brand-led campaigns and contribute to account growth
About You

You are confident, detail-oriented, and proactive, thriving under pressure. You will:

  • Excel in client management and be the go-to person
  • Have strong production and logistics experience
  • Possess solid knowledge of branding and activation, with some experience in exhibitions and creative project execution
  • Be capable of pushing projects forward while maintaining attention to detail
  • Have agency experience in logistics, events, or production
  • Be eager to grow accounts and develop long-term client relationships
