Following significant growth and success, we’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to play a key role in our Client Services Team. As an experienced client service professional, you’ll lead a selection of our technology clients, ensuring high standards of service, ongoing value, and account growth. You will report to an Account Director and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Forge long-lasting, valuable relationships with clients across various brands.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, including motives, industry trends, and success metrics.
  • Manage projects seamlessly from brief to delivery.
  • Represent the client’s interests in creative and strategic discussions.
  • Manage financial aspects such as forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery across Silver’s integrated services.
  • Create detailed SOWs and realistic project plans.
  • Develop creative briefs for various media formats.
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally through multiple channels.
  • Lead client meetings confidently, from agenda setting to follow-up.
  • Draft proposals to secure new opportunities or expand existing work.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Celebrate achievements and strive for excellence, including awards.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of B2B agency experience, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Business acumen with a growth mindset.
  • Digital savvy with experience in integrated marketing.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with experience managing or supporting Account Managers and working with Project Managers.
  • Proactive, intuitive, and a natural communicator, both written and verbal.
