Senior Account Manager – Sustainable Solutions (Green Infrastructure) – South East UK - £60, + Commission + Bonus
The Job:
We are looking for a driven, confident Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a key UK territory. You’ll manage existing client relationships, develop new business, and represent the company’s market-leading sustainable solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a consultative approach and a passion for environmentally responsible design and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proactively generate and convert business opportunities
- Coordinate projects from enquiry to implementation
- Present and advise on technical solutions to a range of stakeholders
- Deliver training and support for products and services
- Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and client meetings
The Company
A well established international organisation specialising in nature-based infrastructure is expanding its UK operations. This business delivers sustainable solutions to improve biodiversity and environmental performance in both urban and rural settings. Known for combining innovation with ecological value, it works closely with architects, contractors, and commercial clients to integrate green systems into building and landscape projects.
The Candidate:
- Sold sustainability focused or biodiversity-enhancing products/solutions
- Experience with specification sales in the built environment
- Strong background in B2B account management or solution sales
- Confident presenter and communicator – both one-on-one and in groups
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple active client accounts and projects
- Ideally experienced in construction, landscaping, architecture, or ecological services
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Full UK driving licence
The Package:
- Salary up to £60, basic salary DOE
