The Role of the Senior Account Manager:
  • Responsible for selling the company's implantable medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and physicians.
  • Provides support, training and guidance during procedures or surgeries.
  • Accelerates revenue and market penetration while developing relationships with key spine surgeon customers.
  • Conducts marketing activities such as peer-to-peer surgeon events and visiting surgeon programs.
  • Executes sales plans with regular updates and reviews.
  • Represents the company by acquiring clinical skills with all products.
  • Covers surgical cases, providing value to surgeons and patients.
  • Applies in-depth knowledge to complete diverse assignments, contributing to new plans and standards.
  • Solves problems using analytical skills, creativity, and judgment.
  • Leads limited scope projects and trains team members.
  • Adapts communication for diverse audiences, including higher levels internally.
