The Role of the Senior Account Manager:
- Responsible for selling the company's implantable medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and physicians.
- Provides support, training and guidance during procedures or surgeries.
- Accelerates revenue and market penetration while developing relationships with key spine surgeon customers.
- Conducts marketing activities such as peer-to-peer surgeon events and visiting surgeon programs.
- Executes sales plans with regular updates and reviews.
- Represents the company by acquiring clinical skills with all products.
- Covers surgical cases, providing value to surgeons and patients.
- Applies in-depth knowledge to complete diverse assignments, contributing to new plans and standards.
- Solves problems using analytical skills, creativity, and judgment.
- Leads limited scope projects and trains team members.
- Adapts communication for diverse audiences, including higher levels internally.
- Impacts business performance and operational efficiency through results.
The Ideal Person for the Senior Account Manager:
- Experience in Spinal or other orthopaedic backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree, or 3 years' experience with a Master's degree, or a science-based graduate (Bio-Science, PhD).
- Demonstrates drive, adaptability, learning ability, and coachability.
- Genuine interest in medical sector and technology.
- Outstanding communication skills.
