By popular demand, our Social offering is growing, and we’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to be a key part of it.

Responsibilities:
  1. Elevate Boutique as a social media expert through relevant platforms and events.
  2. Help shape our social media strategy.
  3. Represent us at client and industry events.
  4. Respond to RFIs by creating strategic plans considering all departments and social platforms.
  5. Present strategic plans in pitches.
  6. Build meaningful client relationships, establishing trust as social media experts through industry-leading outputs.
  7. Manage, coach, and mentor our social team.
  8. Oversee and advise on organic content distribution.
  9. Define how clients connect with their audiences through community management.
  10. Champion internal integration.
  11. Set reporting standards through the delivery of key account reports.
  12. Develop social tools and reports to keep us current and best in class.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in an agency environment, understanding the dynamics of agency life.
  • People management skills, with a passion for developing team members.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Creative thinking and strong writing skills for content ideation.
  • Accountability and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Passion for brands and social media, with curiosity about digital developments.
