The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in managing accounts within the advertising or media industry, particularly in OOH media or in an experiential agency. A solid understanding of Client Services, integrating creative briefs, managing internal and external stakeholders, and project management is key. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting client needs and ensuring campaign success. Being a confident presenter is essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

You will need to love multitasking and be passionate about solving problems. We’re a collaborative team, so confidence, social skills, initiative, and curiosity are vital!

Experience: 3-5 years of account management experience in the advertising or media industry, preferably with a focus on out-of-home media.

The Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Support: Manage client relationships across multiple accounts, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded. Work closely with the Account Director to understand clients deeply and foster long-term success. Lead meetings and present confidently. Build trust with agencies like Publicis Media, Zenith, Starcom, and Spark Foundry.
  • Strategic Contribution: Support the development of creative OOH and experiential strategies aligned with client goals. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Qualify briefs from agencies and prepare concise briefs for our Creative Team.
  • Campaign Assistance & Brief Responses: Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of creative campaigns. Collaborate with creative, production, and media teams to deliver high-quality results. Prepare clear responses to briefs and present them confidently to clients and agencies.
  • Managing Workloads: Handle multiple briefs efficiently, supporting team members and following admin and communication processes promptly.
  • Financial Administration: Prepare budgets, process PO requests, and ensure financial accuracy throughout campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile reconciliation reports, ensuring accurate planned spend.
  • Market Research: Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in OOH media.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team environment, contribute collaboratively, and mentor junior team members as needed.
