Job Description

Reporting to the Client Partner, you will effectively articulate client business objectives, demonstrate how our work aligns with those objectives, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Possess a strong understanding of our Fundamental Tools, implementing changes that improve efficiency and success (e.g., meeting agendas, contact reports, task management, communication, organisation).
  2. Develop in-depth knowledge of Advanced and Strategic Fundamental Tools (e.g., client revenue forecasting, client playbooks, Salesforce management, QBR guidance, strategic briefs, learning agendas, account growth plans).
  3. Support larger accounts, taking ownership of specific areas, and serve as the client lead for smaller accounts.
  4. Collaborate with your client lead to grow existing client revenue by activating new products, initiating projects, and increasing media spend.
Qualifications
  • Solid Client Management experience with paid media, ideally with expertise in channels such as paid search, paid social, or programmatic display and video.
  • Retail experience is required.
  • Passionate about client success and building lasting partnerships.
  • Excel in collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Experience monitoring client health indicators like NPC and NPS, and optimizing them with Project Management support.
