Job Summary: At Kenes Group, we organize conferences that build platforms for change, ideas, and engaged communities. With 60 years of experience, we launched Kenes Original Events, focusing on independent event brands at the intersection of knowledge, impact, and experience. Our flagship event, SPORTECH, unites leaders from sport, tech, and innovation sectors.

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to further develop these initiatives. This role is not traditional sales or account management. We desire someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and a builder—someone who can transform concepts into brands. Backgrounds in strategy, innovation, marketing, partnerships, or community building are relevant. The ideal candidate is a connector, storyteller, and orchestrator who can lead projects from ideation to execution and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  • Business & Strategy: Develop new and existing event brands, define vision, brand identity, revenue models, and growth opportunities. Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities. Create go-to-market and content strategies.
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Building: Build strong relationships with stakeholders including partners, thought leaders, and content contributors. Act as a strategic partner to align event content with mutual goals.
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage full event lifecycle from budgeting to performance measurement. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery. Oversee branding, audience engagement, and program curation.
  • Thought Leadership & Impact: Serve as an internal ambassador for innovation within Kenes. Represent the company externally at industry events. Contribute to the evolution of Kenes Original Events through continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
  • Native or near-native English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • 3–5 years in strategic project management, innovation, brand building, or community leadership.
  • Experience in the tech/innovation ecosystem; experience in sports sector is a plus.
  • Proven ability to launch initiatives from scratch.
