The role

The role at Equator involves acting as a key contact for clients, supporting the Managing Directors with planning and proposals, and directing internal teams to deliver creative solutions. The focus is on building strong client relationships, strategic development, and managing challenging situations with confidence.

Main responsibilities:
  1. Deliver results by focusing on efficiency and effectiveness
  2. Build value by understanding and transforming businesses
  3. Nurture an integrated, collaborative approach throughout project lifecycles
  4. Support and inspire the team to produce excellent outputs
  5. Develop trusting relationships with senior team members and turn opportunities into solutions for growth
  6. Set standards and act as an ambassador for the business
  7. Maximize revenue and grow the client portfolio
  8. Collaborate with Managing Directors on client strategies and proposals
  9. Identify additional opportunities for clients
  10. Create clear internal briefs and oversee their execution
  11. Manage project performance and budgets
  12. Mentor and guide Account Managers
The Ideal Candidate:
