Job description

Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience, plus significant bonus potential.

The role:
As a Senior Account Manager for our existing and newly acquired NHS clients, you will report directly into the NHS Accounts Director and work closely with the NHS Senior Account Manager to strategically plan and implement in-takes of learners across the full range of Corndel training programmes. You will be joining a new and relatively small NHS team, which has seen ~400% year on year growth in sales revenue.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the growth and development of Corndel
  • Helping businesses to put more people onto our programmes
  • Managing relationships with key clients helping them achieve their strategic goals
  • Leading the mobilisation of new accounts and learner cohorts
  • Helping organise and manage promotional communications
  • Creating and delivering presentations and proposals
  • Contributing to tenders when required

Experience and Skills:

Essential:

  • A track-record of high-performance, preferably in account management role or similar
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • High levels of organisation
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of different business environments and priorities
  • Drive to be a high performer in a sales environment

Desirable:

  • Experience and knowledge of apprenticeships and funded training
  • Experience of engaging senior stakeholders within the NHS or public sector
  • Experience working with or for the NHS, or within a healthcare setting
