We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our account management team in Melbourne.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead communication for clients and provide customer service within your assigned portfolio.
  • Develop and grow relationships with all client stakeholders.
  • Maintain client satisfaction via service levels and anticipate customer needs.
  • On-board new clients, and present company documentation for client onboarding and reporting.
  • Manage, communicate and present project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities in existing client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with SEO & PPC teams to ensure cutting-edge SEO strategies & campaigns across search, PPC, and social channels.
  • Coordinate with production and creative teams to deliver excellent client experiences and results.
  • Stay updated with industry changes through ongoing training and education.
  • Champion company Values, Purpose, and Vision internally and externally.

Requirements :

  • Experience in Account Management, Client Services / Client Management in digital marketing.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Knowledge / Experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising, and Web Builds.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and overcome client challenges.
  • Solutions and outcomes focused.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various teams.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach.
