The Senior Account Manager’s Role:

• Engage in various healthcare communication activities—media, medical, advocacy, digital, content creation—and support the development of junior staff and identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate briefs and feedback with internal and external stakeholders
• Delegate tasks to Account Managers and Senior Account Executives, supporting project delivery
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Identify opportunities for collaboration within the network
• Manage client communications independently via email, meetings, and calls
• Maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors
• Ensure high-quality work through meticulous proofreading and QC

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in a healthcare PR or medical communications agency, with 3-4 years minimum, seeking career growth and skill development
• Ambitious, intelligent, with a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare landscape
• Interested in expanding skills in medical education, PR, digital, and clinical trial communications
• A life sciences degree is beneficial but not mandatory
