This role focuses on growing and retaining recurring revenue across managed service clients. As Senior Account Manager – Managed Services, your primary focus will be to grow and retain recurring revenue across a portfolio of managed service clients. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to expand service adoption, improve client satisfaction, and drive long-term value through proactive account management and solution alignment.
This hybrid role is based in Sheffield, with flexibility for client site visits and remote work.
