We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our collaborative, multi-skilled team.

The role is full-time, permanent, and hybrid, with 3 days per week in our London office at King's Cross.

The Role Overview

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) will be on their way to becoming part of the management team, stepping into the shoes of Account Director when required and developing strategic thinking. The SAM will be responsible for growing and managing account team members and supporting the business and client base.

The SAM will refine healthcare communications skills, take ownership of accounts, and drive campaigns to success. They will also develop leadership skills as they grow in this role.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day management and implementation of multiple campaigns
• Lead client meetings/calls, challenge and negotiate with clients when needed
• Assist the senior team with objectives, strategies, budgets, and team management
• Manage the financial status of accounts and oversee client billing
• Complete quarterly staffing projections with the senior team
• Contribute to pitches, proposals, and presentations
• Review and shape all written materials and generate content for various platforms
• Manage and motivate team members, conduct appraisals, and set performance objectives
• Handle issues/crisis responses as appropriate
