Purpose of the Role

You will assist in providing exceptional, proactive client service and deliver high-quality work. Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our standards. Working closely with the Account Director, you will oversee daily account activities, support campaign delivery, and take responsibility for specific projects.

Day-to-day Delivery
  • Prepare briefs for internal review before client approval
  • Strive for excellence in scientific, strategic, and creative outputs
  • Review deliverables to ensure they meet the brief and incorporate client feedback
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to manage project timelines and expectations
  • Lead project review sessions with the Project Manager
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues
Business Development
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts and discuss with senior leads
  • Participate in new business pitches and credential presentations
Leadership and Direction
  • Lead by example for junior team members
  • Inspire excellence across agency disciplines
Line Management and Team Development
  • Begin line management of Business Coordinators alongside the Project Manager
  • Delegate effectively to build team experience
  • Provide timely feedback to support learning and growth
