An exciting new field based role leading and inspiring a team of Account Managers, Counter Managers and Retail Partners’ store staff across a portfolio of retail partner stores.
You will instil the highest standards of customer service and product knowledge, ensuring merchandising objectives, operating standards and controllable costs meet expectations across all areas. Report and analyse data effectively and in a timely.
You will be accountable for Sell-In and Sell-Out results across a portfolio of wholesale accounts working with local head office team. Live and breathe the brand, successfully promoting a positive image of the Brand across the team.
Principal Accountabilities
- Achieve sales budgets and KPIs for Rituals across the full portfolio of UK Retail Partners Stores.
- Manage a small portfolio of independent stores with support from local head-office team
- Leading and coaching a team of Account Managers and Counter Managers, driving targets through coaching and training to deliver the highest level of customer service.
- Ensure store visits are prioritised accordingly and that the call cycle is actively managed to maximise productivity.
- Set and review realistic stretch retail sales targets for Account Managers.
- Be the key communication link between local head-office and store teams
- Responsible for the execution of the trade marketing calendars in coordination with the Account Managers and local head office team.
- Engage, train and excite the teams to support meeting targets and build awareness of Rituals in our partner stores.
- Manage the planning, co-ordination and implementation of marketing and promotional calendars.
- Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and presentation are maintained by all teamsin line with guidelines
- Manage the team to maintain the highest housekeeping standards across all stores
- Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with in a sympathetic and timely manner.
- Plan and execute local events through the Account Managers to increase and drive sales, Brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Survey potential new opportunities
- Building relationships with the local head-office and store frontline teams, communicating consistently between all departments

- Relevant sales management or brand management experience, preferably with a recognised cosmetics/beauty brand.
- Experienced in leading and developing a team
- Skilled in people management
- Strong analytical, numeric and communication skills
- Problem solving and negotiation
- Proficient in using MS word, excel and powerpoint
- Demonstrates an ability to lead, motivate, train and develop a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
- Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve

Location :
- Field based role with regular travel through the week including overnight stays
- 1-2 days a week in the London head-office with the Wholesale team
