Job summary

Uber UKI is seeking a Franchisee Account Manager for Global Brands to build direct relationships with key franchisee groups and drive growth across marketing, operations, and trip growth. You will partner closely with cross functional teams, act as the voice of the customer internally, and balance strategic thinking with strong operational execution.

About the Role

The UK Global Delivery Partnerships Team manages relationships with some of the largest and most valuable Restaurant Partners at Uber UKI. As a Franchisee Account Manager for Global Brands, you will build on strong relationships established with corporate brand teams, while owning the development of direct relationships with key franchisee groups to drive growth. In this role, you will be accountable for outcomes across marketing, operations, and trip growth. You will partner closely with cross functional teams, act as the voice of the customer internally, and balance strategic thinking with strong operational execution.

What you will do

• Build and grow long-term partnerships by leading day-to-day interactions with key decision-makers within your managed book of franchise groups
• Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and internal complexity to unlock value for Partners and for Uber
• Increase product adoption and secure marketing investment by clearly communicating the value of our products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
• Scale success by identifying key operational opportunities within your managed book and developing clear strategies to drive positive change
• Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to be the voice of the customer, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale
• Bring your analytical A-game by developing analyses to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our growth goals
• Stay resilient through roadblocks, ensuring nothing gets missed while consistently finding new ways to contribute to our partnerships
• Lead recurring business reviews to highlight progress, address remaining opportunities, and ensure we are hitting targets for net acquisition and trip growth
• Travel to merchant sites across the UK approximately one day per week to build strong relationships, gain first-hand insight into store operations, conduct monthly business reviews (MBRs), secure investment, and support the onboarding of additional stores.

What you will need

• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or another revenue-generating commercial role
• A strong track record of independently identifying, developing, and closing growth opportunities that deliver meaningful revenue impact
• The ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, set your own priorities, and drive work from problem identification through to execution without requiring significant direction
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand partner economics, identify value creation opportunities, and translate these into clear commercial strategies
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities, build business cases, influence decisions, and measure commercial impact
• Strong negotiation skills, with experience leading commercial conversations
• The ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

• Experience within QSR, food delivery, restaurant advertising, marketplaces, or another high-growth commercial environment
• Experience managing enterprise partnerships, franchise organisations, or global brands
• Experience owning a significant book of business or revenue target
