Responsibilities
- Actively develop new and existing relationships with clients through telesales, social media, trade events, and networking.
- Provide finance solutions to clients by offering a range of products, including asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance.
- Analyze financial requirements and key financial documentation effectively.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
- Draft proposal documents and compile compelling applications.
- Maintain high standards of professional conduct in all oral and written communication.
- Develop personal knowledge and skills continually.
- Stay vigilant against risks of fraud and money laundering, reporting concerns promptly and appropriately.
- Support other Account Managers and the wider team by sharing expertise and best practices.
Person Specification
- Must have a background in the finance sector, preferably as a finance broker.
- Research prospect information to assess appropriateness before engagement.
- Proactive, committed to delivering 100% effort, and eager to thrive in a growing team.
- Dedicated to developing own knowledge and skills.

Shift Details
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Thursday, and 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM on Friday
- Flexible working model: remote or hybrid as per postcode
- Ability to work abroad up to 90 days per year
