Overview

A unique opportunity to join an up-and-coming Agency as Senior Account Manager during an exciting period of growth. Our Client: A small but growing agency with solid plans to grow and this is a new role as part of those plans. The Role

The role is to help and support the MD to take the agency forwards by taking away their key client management responsibilities. It’s a hands-on role that blends client delivery, project coordination, creative oversight, and team management. You’ll help run the day-to-day, keeping deliverables on track and the team focused, as well as being client-facing and delivering marketing collateral. This isn’t a hands-off role, or for someone to sit away from the team - this role exists to keep the agency grounded, responsive, and running smoothly, making sure nothing important slips and the engine keeps ticking along.


You

You’ll probably have 5+ years agency experience with a background of managing projects, clients and output, and you’re itching for more ownership. You understand how to bring a brand to life through creative and marketing campaigns - you’ve got enough of a creative eye to know when something’s off, and enough energy to roll up your sleeves and sort it.


You’ll be highly organised, able to track moving parts and prioritise well. Confident in your ability to manage clients, you’re strong in both the doing and the saying, able to keep things flowing in real time - you spot gaps and solve problems. This is a role that the successful candidate can make their own and will have opportunity for further progression.
