Job description

Senior Global Account Manager:

Currently partnered a next-generation Health and Wellness brand creating new waves in aromatherapy, theirno nicotine vapehas raised the roof through sustainable tech, and plant based goodness without a hint of nicotine or toxic energy in sight.

They are a family run businesses founded in 2019 and since grown to a team of 15 strong, based in their HQ Camden. Ripple+ is stocked in 1.350 pharmacies and shops dotted around the world. Selfridges, Harrods and Sainsburys to name a few.

They have pioneered the no nicotine vapes with over $10m in revenues, and some very exciting new product releases on the horizon.

They are on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager to nurture some of their highest revenue generating relationships. Accounts include Walmart, Sainsburys, Zap and many others. A big focus is on retention and maximising sales within those accounts, no upsell or cross sell required.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management and/or sales within consumer goods, wellness, or retail industries.
  • 3+ years of FMCG experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and account management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the retail and travel retail industries is a plus.
  • Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
