About the Role:
  • Manage temporary recruitment requirements for industrial clients in areas including Manchester, Stockport, and Wythenshawe.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of jobs.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and social media to attract suitable candidates.
  • Contact candidates, discuss opportunities, and prepare them for inductions.
  • Attend client visits and review meetings.
  • Promote PROMAN services to new and potential clients through various channels.
  • Manage out-of-hours on-call support for clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management: Use platforms and strategies to attract candidates, update clients on hiring progress.

Candidate Management: Conduct shop floor walks, manage absence and performance issues, and communicate changes effectively.

Administration: Record data accurately, meet KPI deadlines, and ensure worker compliance.

Payroll: Track statutory payments, address queries, and communicate pay updates.

Client Communication: Regularly check in with stakeholders and hold review meetings.

About You:
